The training and development of our people is integral to the development and success of the company and as such we continuously look to improve the skills and knowledge of our people. The more skilled our people, the better our performance is. The better our development plans, the easier it is to retain talent.

All of our managers responsible for the training and development of an individual will be provided with the appropriate knowledge and skills to do so successfully. They will also make sure that you receive suitable time and support to develop your career through training and work experience.

In return for our commitment, we expect a strong commitment from you for your own personal development. After all, it’s your career!

Initially, you will complete an effective induction appropriate to your new position that will make you feel welcome and quickly familiar with your new working environment, allowing you to quickly make an active contribution to the organisation and our success.

After three months you will have a performance review, which then sets the plan for the next six months. From there you can start to plan your career and we can start to plan your development.
