Life at Solsis

Quite simply, our business is about our customers!

Everything we do and every decision we make must be focused upon the needs of our customers. We firmly believe that providing exceptional service to our customers will drive the future success of Solsis.

Directors of Fun
It’s not all about hard work – Our Directors of Fun make sure of that!
To make sure that life at Solsis is not all just about hard work, we’ve recently introduced two Directors of Fun who’s number one priority is ensuring that our people have fun at Solsis.

XBOX360 and more..
If you can possibly tear yourself from your desk for an hour at lunch, or perhaps want to make use of them after work, then we’ve got some work-enhancing “tools” to keep boredom at bay. Highlights include the Xbox360 and bristle dart-board – make sure you don’t get left with the wooden spoon…

Sports
Pick a sport and you can guarantee somebody either plays it or supports it. With an on-going Squash league, our six monthly Solsis Golf Masters competition, an upand- coming five-a-side football team you can be sure you’ll find somebody to compete against! We’ve even got a Chess board for those who are more cerebral in their past-times…

Monthly Fun Nights
Every month we have a get together that can range from a light-hearted game of Poker to a Console Gaming evening. These will invariably involve beer and pizza – and these certainly aren’t the only times we will have beer!

Some Serious Competition
Moving up the scale, we’re also quite keen on a bit of paint-balling, Go-Karting or perhaps a visit to the local dog track to gamble away our bonuses! Now the competition really starts!

Get your partners involved too…
Twice a year we hold events to get your partners involved too, (our little way of saying thanks). Whether we’re getting pampered in a country club, having a BBQ by the river, or even staying overnight in a jail, (Malmaison in Oxford), we like to make sure we’ve always got a little treat to look forward to.

Charity and the community
We’re always looking for ways to further our involvement with the community or raise money for charity. We’ve just entered a team into this years London-Brighton bike ride raising money for the British Heart Foundation, and have sponsored a local boys football team for the past couple of seasons.
